Morphological Analysis
Is a brainstorming technique that breaks down the elements of interventions to find combinations not currently addressed.
If people from different ethnic backgrounds aren't interacting well and don't have a sense of their shared humanity, a Mix-It-Up day where lunch seating is randomized so different employees have to interact is one action approach.
Time: lunch
Place: cafeteria
Nature of Initiative: preventing bias
Level: branch-wide
Stakeholders: all employees
Theory: Personal Interaction smashes stereotypes
Action: Mix-It-Up Day (Playing Card Randomization)
When you break down all the times, places, natures of initiatives, levels, stakeholders, and theories specific to your organization, the action points brainstormed increase exponentially - both in quality and variety.
Lee can expertly guide your group through this brainstorming process to create action plans that will help fuel the engine of innovation and success diversity can be for your company!
